How to reactivate your account

If an error message appears stating your account has been deactivated when trying to log in, this may be due to inactivity. For security reasons, all DfE Sign-In accounts are deactivated after 2 years of inactivity.

Accounts may also be deactivated if the email address doesn’t comply with the service terms and conditions. If you would like to have your account reactivated, please raise a request through our contact us form.
